Through our extensive work with numerable facilities it has become apparent that "Pre-Certification Assessments" are a very key part of the entire treatment and payment collections process, that is imperative to be managed and documented in a certain manner to ensure prior authorization is obtained for services rendered.

These assessments are required to be completed within 24 hours of the patient's admission to treatment.

We remain operational 24/7 with staff available around the clock, to complete Pre-Certification assessments of your patients at the time of their arrival at treatment.

We have documented and notated that statistically, patients are more open and willing to discuss matters that they may never want, or are willing to bring up again, when they initially admit to treatment. It is also prior to the patient experiencing further medical complications as well as beginning to experience withdrawal and post acute withdrawal symptoms.


Through our understanding of medical necessity, and ASAM criteria, we are able to obtain the appropriate information from the patient's as well as document it accordingly, resulting with nearly a 100% authorized care from initial assessment to insurance carrier.

We began working with a facility in 2019 who was a 6 bed Residential DTX/RTC program struggling to maintain revenue flow and was nearly on the brink of closing their doors.

After working with the clinical department and facility owners and executives, we implemented our Pre-Certification Assessment consulting service.

After working together for approximately 2.5 years extremely successful years, this facility has TRIPLED its patient census, from 6 beds to 18 beds.
Congruently, they have also purchased two new residential properties in Newport Beach and Huntington Beach California, to add to their real estate portfolio and business assets.
